We get asked this one all the time. If I write to you multiple times with the same question will you answer me faster?<\/strong><\/p>\n

Sorry no. Just like pushing that elevator button repeatedly doesn\u2019t work, except this time we actually have to take the time to look at your multiple emails which slows things down for everyone. When you submit a question please be patient and allow up to 24 hours for an answer (note we take Saturdays off). Very occasionally it can take longer than a day.<\/p>\n

Can I pay with paypal, credit card, western unions etc etc?<\/strong><\/p>\n

No! We do not accept any other payment methods besides bitcoin, litecoin and monero. Please don\u2019t write to us to ask!<\/p>\n

Can you get a specific product or strain for me?<\/strong><\/p>\n

We try our best to get the widest range of products and strains available but we\u2019re limited to what we come across on the market. We do not take product requests so please don\u2019t overburden our already heavy daily email load with this kind of request. Thanks!<\/p>\n

I bought bitcoin but now it says I don\u2019t have enough for my order?<\/strong><\/p>\n

The price of bitcoin can change rapidly and we have no control over it. If you place an order and buy just enough bitcoin to cover it, but the price of bitcoin DROPS in the meantime, you may not have enough bitcoin to pay for your order. On the other hand the price can RISE leaving you with extra bitcoin for future orders (or just to buy more!) We suggest buying a bit more bitcoin than you need to cover any price drops and paying for your order right after you get your bitcoin. If buy extra bitcoin to be on the safe side you can always use it for future orders or sell it.<\/p>\n

How long does it take to receive my package?<\/strong><\/p>\n

Generally it takes from 4-8 weekdays once payment is received. It can occasionally come sooner or take longer.<\/p>\n

I only received part of my order, will the rest come?<\/strong><\/p>\n

We ship from several locations and if you order items from multiple shippers your order may arrive in a few different packages. If you have only received part of your order and 10 weekdays has passed, please let us know at that time.<\/p>\n

What country do you ship from? Do you ship internationally?<\/strong><\/p>\n

All orders are shipped from within the United States. We no longer ship internationally.<\/p>\n

What is your return\/refund policy?<\/strong><\/p>\n

We do not accept returns, however, when you see the quality of the product you will not want to return it! If your package does not arrive within two weeks of payment, write to me and we will check the tracking records to see if it was delivered. If the package was not delivered due to our error or a postal error we will resend (with a bonus) or give you a refund. If the package was delivered, we will give you the delivery confirmation code so you can see for yourself it was delivered, but no refund. It could be it was intercepted by a family member or roommate and we have no control over that. Also if it was not delivered due to you giving an incorrect address we will not reship. Please double check and be sure to add apartment numbers etc.<\/p>\n


\nHow do you ship? Will I have to sign for a package? Do you deliver to PO boxes? Do you provide tracking?

We ship only USPS. You will NEVER have to sign for a package from us. Yes we deliver to PO boxes. We do not generally provide tracking information, however you can sign up for USPS \u2018Informed Delivery\u201d to track packages. Find out more at\u00a0https:\/\/informeddelivery.usps.com<\/a>. Note that it can take a day or two for packages to show up in the USPS system.<\/p>\n

Can you make an exception and (fill in the blank)?<\/strong><\/p>\n
